In 2008 the Thrashers moved to Winchester to become the HAMPSHIRE THRASHERS.

In their first 4 seasons they have developed into a strong team with a winning record the last 2 seasons. The Thrashers will be searching for their first Playoff visit in 2009 after narrowly missing out the last 2 seasons.

The team will be returning to the training field fully kitted early in the New Year to prepare for the coming season.

Open Days and 'Combine' testing will be held during the winter months. No experience is necessary so if you have always wanted to give the sport a try we will have coaches on hand to explain everything.

The Thrashers are also looking to setup a Youth team throughout the offseason in preparation for league application in 2010. The Team will be looking to take on some of the more established teams during 2009 in order to demonstrate its readiness for a British League season. The team will be looking for new players, coaches and off field helpers in order to compete at a high standard.
